"Two versions were made,the mk1 which had a metal top plate,metal stand base and a tweeter attenuator on the top.
The mk2 was all wood,no attenuator and had signal powered overload protection circuit built in(a red led was positioned next to
the tweeter under the mesh dome and would illuminate until the fault was removed).
The mk1 had fuse protection on the back panel with 4mm sockets,the mk2 had bare wire connections which limited the dia of
the speaker cable that could be used"

Kom der ikke en Mk.III i ren rå spånplade, som man skulle samle selv? 

Det er en rigtig typisk B&W "upgrade"!
Vi har før set B&W-produkter i billigere og billigere udførelse men ringere og til en højere pris.
Dét er rigtig upgrade...

Tror du forveksler dem med KEF CS-3, CS-5, CS-7 og CS-9 de kom så man kunne købe dem som byggesæt, B&W har aldrig været som byggesæt.
