Jeg sendte en forespørgsel angående forskellene til Beyerdynamics, og de svarer således:
Beyerdynamics International Customer Service:
"The DT 770 PRO is designed for use in studio and on stage for professional use.
The headband has a rugged construction and gives a secure fit
for the listener. The retaining bracket for the ear cups is more angled
than the Hifi-version. This provides a better fit and causes also a
more powerfull compressed sound which is necessary for professional
applications in studio.
The DT 770 is designed for listening music and relax. The
headband provides a long wearing comfort for hours. The Hifi-version
has a more transparent and open sound than the DT 770 PRO.
The difference of both headphones are not huge in mechanical
design, but only that small change causes a big difference in sound and
application.
Difference between DT 770 PRO 250Ω and 80Ω
The transducers of the 80Ωversions are stronger and more
powerful, a bit more mid accentuated. The 250Ω version sounds more
smooth and voluminous. Normally the 80Ωis louder than the 250Ω version.
The DT 770 PRO 80Ω has a straight cable (3m), it is for the
usage as studio monitor headphone – especially for instrumentalists.
80Ω systems are ideal for powerful reproducing of low-frequency material f.e. coming from a bass guitar.
The stronger system and thicker membrane provides punchy and clear bass sound at high levels.
The DT 770 PRO 250Ω system with its lighter coils sounds more
smooth and analytical. The application in studio would here be more in
a mixing situation to analyse the whole mix. The coiled cable in this
version is ideal to connect the headphone directly to any mixing desk
without having any disturbing cable lying on the floor."
Det er svært at blive rigtigt klog på uden at kunne sammenligne
selv, så nu har jeg kastet mig ud i det og investeret i et par 770 Pro
(250 ohm) ![](smileys/smiley4.gif) |
