STOP  Efter at have læst denne svada, kommer jeg til at tænke på den type svindlere der operer på bil-markedet, såsom Bilbasen; Fremgangsmåden er meget identisk - nemlig at personen typisk er fra England, har en "stråmand" til at hente varen samt ønsker at betale med check (hvorfor han efterspørger navn og kontaktdetaljer)

Derfor:

Du må ALDRIG acceptere en check (uanset type) som betaling fra en person du ikke kender!!!!

For det første, har du ingen garanti for, at det rent faktisk er den person han/hun udgiver sig for at være - hvilket er = bedrageri! Selvom checken viser sig at være ægte kan den alligevel tilbagekaldes/reverseres lang tid efter udstedelsen (mener det er op til 90 dage)!

Hvis du vil være sikker, så skal du insistere på, at betaling skal ske via en (international)bankoverførsel; Dvs. modparten skal fremsende pengeinstituttets navn og adresse samt sine kontooplysninger incl. IBAN og SWIFT  (disse er pengeinstituttets unkke ID). Sådanne transaktioner kan IKKE annulleres/reverseres af afsenderen - og du kan således være sikker på at pengene rent faktisk når frem til din konto, før du sender/udleverer varen.

Haha den har jeg også fået et par gange.

Han blev skidesur da jeg blev ved at insistere på at han bare kunne betale over netbank. Det kunne ifølge ham ikke lade sig gøre fordi at han ikke havde mulighed for at komme til en computer. Jeg sagde da til ham at han bare kunne ringe til banken og få dem til at klare det, men det kunne heller ikke lade sig gøre for han havde heller ingen mulighed for at komme i nærheden af en telefon pga. hans arbejde.

Jeg skrev til ham at han bare kunne tage en pause fra at forsøge at snyde folk i en halv times tid og klare tingene der, alternativt kunne han få hans "chauffør" til at lægge pengene ud og så kunne de afregne bagefter. Så blev han sørme sur og mente at jeg beskyldte ham for alt muligt og hvad jeg egentlig bildte mig ind.

Min respons til ham var efterfølgende at det kun kunne være enten folk fra Nigeria, Afrika eller Kina der kunne være så naive. Derefter fik jeg at vide at jeg ikke var en seriøs sælger......

Jeg læste sidste mail igennem igen et par gange efter jeg havde postet den herinde- og det bærer jo faktisk pænt præg af at
være en "scammer"-skabelon, hvor man bare skal indsætte nyt navn i headeren..

Det var faktisk svært at læse mailen færdig, for de blinkende alarm lygter og hylende horn:-)

Men nu er der gået sport i at se hvor ringe undskyldninger for mangel på kontanter, han kan finde på. - indtil videre har jeg
fået den samme som RONIN- han har ikke adgang til en computer... Det er alligevel noget af en bedrift i denne smartphone tid!
